One of my goals for the upcoming year is to incorporate yoga/stretching into my running routine. No doubt it would be make stronger/better of a runner. Problem is that even the basic yoga poses are too difficult. (I'm a Tin Man!) Also, I'd like to do poses that specifically help me in the area of running, not necessarily towards sexy body, strong arms, or whatever other reasons people do yoga for. L.A.
