I like to mix up nut...Those bars sound really good! I like to mix up nut butter, chia seeds, hemp hearts, coconut oil, some dried fruit or chocolate chips, and a bit of honey or maple syrup and roll them into balls :) I'm sure they'd work well as a bar though if they were frozen. <br /><br />And that pool workout sounds great!
