It started with a great workout at the gym. Im loving this top from New Balance that I got at the Runners World Magazine Heartbreak Hill Half. (Excuse the bad facial expression, LOL)

Then I hit the pool for an AH-mazing strength workout. I have been training in the pool 3 days a week getting ready for the Augusta Half Ironman.

Here is the strength workout I used. If you dont have paddles use web hands to make it harder in the water. Or go buy some paddles, mine were $5 at Academy.

I have been reviewing the AMRAP bars for SweatPink. They are sooo good. I ate this one mid swim. it gave me just enough fuel to finish my workout without feeling drained.

His team won 26-0. Undeafeted this year with 2 complete shut outs. They are going to be a tough team to beat this year. I'm so proud of the Bucaneers.
After the game we headed to some of our dearest friends wedding vow renewal.

It was a complete surprise to her and it was absolutely beautiful. Couldnt have been more perfect. Congratulations Dan and April.
We came home after celebrating and I loaded up on chicken and avocado. Im trying to stay as close to clean eating without going crazy. LOL
