Have you ever done a relay race? Thoughts? Opinions? Do's? Dont's?
Well I will have my complete #TEAMTAGYOURIT recap of the 2014 Ironman Augusta Relay up on the blog tomorrow. I'll tell you about the good, the bad, and the ugly! Stay Tuned...
Ran my very first half marathon as part of a team with my daughter. Wouldn't trade that experience for anything. But, I could see how it could be frustrating if you all aren't committed/dedicated/fierce:-)
Have never done a relay before, although I am looking at a Ragnar in 2016 with some friends. We shall see.
I love the idea of an Ironman relay. How great that you can take three inspiring athletes, assign them to their specialty and see what happens! Can't wait to read about it!
I love relays (usually stick to Ragnar, but looking to branch out as well). Bring shower wipes, pack all of your clothes in a ziploc bag, don't be that person that packs a tuna sandwich, bring good snacks that can fill you up and fuel you, bring extra snacks, bring hydration products!
