Last year I had the opportunity to run the Dirty girl Mud Run in Atlanta through FitFluential. Lets just say Melanie and I had a BLAST!

What is the Dirty Girl Mud Run?
Its an all women untimed 5K that you can run, walk, crawl, and jump over obstacles such as H2OMG, PMS (Pretty Muddy Stuff). Whats great that it is an obstacle course for every fitness level. And if you don't think you can do an obstacle you can just go around it. No one cares!
So grab your girlfriends, sisters, moms, grandmas, whom ever and come out for a great day of fun and laughs!

The Dirty Girl Mud Run benefits the National Cancer Society.
Make sure to wear an old pair of shoes, Dirty Girl will be collecting them at the end of the race to donate. So bring some flip flops to wear after the race.
When I heard that the Dirty Girl Mud Run was coming to my hometown, I knew I had to get involved. I was given the opportunity to be an ambassador for the Mobile Dirty Girl Run that is happening on Feb 16th. What does that mean? I get to hang out and cheer all of you guys in. AND
