Ooo I know what it is!!! :D ;)
ReplyDeleteOh yeah hmm. What inspires me to run...my future. I want to be healthy in my future so that I can continue to be adventurous in life and be prepared for anything that comes my way. Running is like a self invested insurance policy. I'm making sure that I am saving my body from the stresses of life by taking the time to exercise it now through running. Mentally it is a major boost as well. I'm always so much happier and my friends and family benefit from that.
ReplyDeleteI run for my health and my kids. I want them to know that it is normal to be fit and healthy.
ReplyDeleteI run for the sense of accomplishment I get when I finish and for my health.
ReplyDeleteA Mizuno giveaway!!!! I run to be strong and healthy, and I run for anyone that can't. I also run for my mom and for my own mental state!
ReplyDeleteI run because if I didn't, I'd go INSANE (well, my friends and family already say I am)!!!!
ReplyDeleteReally, it's a huge stress relief for me and it helps me stay healthy!

I'm inspired to run because it makes me feel better.
ReplyDeleteI'm inspired to run because it makes me feel better.
ReplyDeleteI run to feel the sense of accomplishment when I finish. And I usually run in my Mizunos by the way.

Love my Mizunos!! I run to keep my diabetes in check
ReplyDeleteI run because I was diagnosed with thyroid disease a year ago. At the age of 51, I joined a boot camp and began running. Exercise has helped tremendously improve my health and well being. I also run so I can be a better mom, spouse, daughter, and caretaker. Running provides me with the motivation and energy I need to meet and conquer the daily challenges of life. By the way, I do need a new pair of Mizunos to continue my running. [email protected]
ReplyDeleteI run to raise money for Susan G KOmen, but most of all I run for me, it is the one and only time I ever put myself first, and there is nothing anywhere that compares to that feeling when you cross the finish line!
ReplyDeleteI run for a lot of reasons: my health, to set an example, my family, and my sanity. My inspiration, a lot of the time, comes from the ladies out there who's blogs and pages I read. The ones that overcome obstacles and challenges, and daily life. The ones that remind me that even a 10 minute run is better than no run. The ones that remind me that tomorrow is a chance for another run if today doesn't work out. Here's to all of you! Thank you.
ReplyDeleteI run to show myself that I am capable of amazing things! Oh I love my Mizunos by the way! Yippee
ReplyDeleteI run in the memory of my parents who have passed away. They inspired my weight loss goals and encouraged my passion for running, so now my Mezamashii runs are in their honor. :)
ReplyDeleteMizunos are awesome! I run because I am a strong woman! I run to honor those that can't!
ReplyDeletePEER PRESSURE! I run because everybody's doing it.

I run for my kids. I want them to see a mom who is fit and active. I was a single mom to three kids for many years. They know how hard I worked and they know I put myself through college while raising them and working full time. I think its important for our kids to know that we have to work hard and push harder. I want my daughter to know to work hard and my boys to look for women who can take care of theirselves!
ReplyDeleteI run for stress relief! I <3 Mezmashi.
ReplyDeleteI run for therapy, health and the runner's 'high'. It feels great to make goals that you have to work so hard to achieve. I feel that if my running life is going well..everything else in life follows.

I run to stay healthy for myself AND my family! Running also reminds me of my youth when I could run all day without a care in the world!
