Back up and running, YAY!
I had some kind of bug in my computer and my husband fixed it for me. I love that man:)
SO here is how my BUSY weekend went.
Friday, I went on a wonderful 15 mile shuffle with my friend Ray. It was a gorgeous day here on the Gulf Coast and so we went to the causeway to shuffle.
Shuffling is somewhere between a walk and a run. I swear to god this man "walks" faster than anyone I know. LOL!
The weather was perfect. If you are ever here on the Gulf Coast, I'll take you there:)
Saturday was filled with my 5 yr olds football game, GO STEELERS!
And my 11 yr olds soccer game, GO MUSTANGS!
I love my kids being in sports. It keeps them grounded and healthy!
Sunday, my daughter had her first gymnastics meet. I am soooo proud of her. She did so good. Se ended up with 2 4th pace finishes and 2 8th place finishes. And 8th overall! She was so excited.
The fact that she was loaded down with medals made her day:)
After the meet we attended my sons soccer awards. He ended up with this big trophy, I was so proud of him.
Sunday night we spent dinner with one of my best friends Melanie and her family. Melanie and her husband are flying to St. Louis this weekend for the Rock n Roll marathon. Whats cool is we are on the same flight back on Sunday from Atlanta, cant wait.
And last but def not least, I got to spend relaxing some time with my husband. We are always so busy with 3 kids in 3 different sports and work that we don't get to spend a lot of "down" time.
He flies out to California for his grandparents 65th wedding this weekend and I will be at Runners World in Pennsylvania. So spending some time relaxing with good friends was fantastic.
So tomorrow I will getting on a jet plane to attend the Runners World Half Marathon Festival with some awesome FitFluential Ambassadors and I am sooo excited. So stay tuned for lots of updates on this great weekend.
See you soon!! The countdown begins!! woooooo!
