Remembering 9/11

 

I remember exactly where I was when the news broke about this horrible and tragic event. I was on maternity leave with my first son, he was born August 4th. I remember turning on the TV and wondering what in the crap was going on. I called my mo and told her to turn it on. We just sat there quietly on the phone. When the 2nd plane hit, watching it on the TV was just horrific. At that point I knew something was terribly wrong.

I have had a lot going on over here in Alabama:)

So I will tell you guys about that tomorrow, but today, we remember.
