A mud run and some winners

Alligator Alley Mud Run





Yesterday the Rock n Body boot camp girls and I went a ran The Alligator Alley mud run out at Red Creek Off Road. OMG we had a blast. It was def a great trail/obstacle run. I had done a mud run before (Dirty Girl), but this one was a lot harder and off road. We did meet a new friend, Frank, who was running with one of the GoPro cameras, so we actually have video footage of our race. As soon as I can get the footage I will do a full recap. After the race, we are all pretty nasty!

It was great running with all these girls. It was also nice seeing Lisa from Run n Tri, and Melanie from Planet Gymnastics. You guys rocked this race.
