I haven't been eating to "fuel" my body lately, its been more like to "fuel" my taste buds. I need to get back to combining the 2. So here it goes.

Salmon cucumber sandwich from Atlanta Bread. My fave!
whole wheat english muffins with fresh tomato slice and Cabot Hot Habenero cheese
DINNER
Grilled chicken salad
Cabot greek yogurt turkey sliders with spinach salad (RECIPE)
It wasn't so bad of a week, just not great.
